Soliloquy – The Super-Green Superyacht to be displayed at the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show

Over recent months a beautiful scaled model of Soliloquy – The Super-Green Superyacht has captured the imagination of many current owners and aspiring
onlookers alike - whilst on display during the Monaco Yacht Show at the Lürssen Yachts stand and also at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show on the
Camper and Nicholsons International stand.

Her designer, Alastair Callender, of the pioneering UK firm Callender Designs, is now pleased to be able to announce that he has been invited to display his model
and designs of Soliloquy, throughout the Abu Dhabi Yacht Show this week.

“The opportunity to have continued exposure of my innovative design at one of the
most exclusive superyacht events in the world is a terrific opportunity to attract a
potential client to commission her. I am exhibiting to express all the benefits of a
Super-Green Superyacht, thanks to the state-of-the-art technology from Solar Sailor
Ltd.

“It seems most fitting to display in Abu Dhabi, because an original influence for this
design came from Abu Dhabi’s sustainable Masdar City. The green and carbon
neutral attributes of this current development in the UAE, has been echoed in
Soliloquy’s unique design ethos. I am thrilled that this eco-superyacht concept will
now be on show in the area of the world from which the influence first began.”

Alastair Callender is an award-winning design graduate, who has taken the
Superyacht world by storm with his aesthetically beautiful “Super-Green Superyacht”
design, called Soliloquy. This man’s passion for yacht design and for a sustainable
planet has resulted in this dynamic, elegant superyacht.

This eco-vessel will harness the power of the sun and the wind thanks to a
collaboration with the state-of-the-art technology firm, Solar Sailor Ltd. of Australia.
Solar Sailor's proven technology, (which is currently used in commercial vessels)
provides this stunning yacht the ability to be emission-free, running up to 8 knots on
solar energy alone. This has numerous advantages, not least providing significantly
reduced running costs.

Being one of the most publicised superyacht concepts of 2009, Soliloquy is now
looking for a pioneering owner to lead the way to support the green agenda. The
eventual owner will be assured of making a positive statement to the world, through
Soliloquy’s unique design in a way no other vessel can.
“Sustainable, luxury, yachting - Soliloquy is the future” comments Callender.

Soliloquy's creative design solution was presented by her designer, Alastair
Callender, at the “4th Annual Future of Superyachts Conference” in June 2009 in
Palma de Mallorca.
Soliloquy’s innovative registered design, and unique Solar Sailor technology has
received much attention across the globe, which recently has included The New
York Times, CNN, and The Sunday Times.
