Launched on the 31st of May and due for delivery at the end of July, Pretty Woman is a 39-metre luxury ocean-going motor yacht.
Her round-bilge displacement hull features a comfortable deadrise, transom, level keel, flared bow with fine entrance angle and four watertight bulkheads. Her beam will be 8.30 metres and draught 2.45 metres at full load.
Suitable for chartering, Pretty Woman provides room for ten guests including the owner, and built according to Lloyds regulations for Special Service Craft. The fully welded construction l consists of a steel hull and aluminium alloy superstructure.

The yacht’s propulsion package consists of two Caterpillar diesels, a straight drive and two fixed pitch propellers. Positioned aft, it will offer a top speed of 12.5 knots at full load and a cruising speed of 10.5 knots. The maximum range will be 3,800 nautical miles, thanks to a fuel capacity of 45,000 litres and freshwater capacity of 10,000 litres in double-bottom tanks. Two Northern Lights generators provides 105 kW each. There are steering positions on both bridge wings in addition to the wheelhouse.

Lower deck
The interior of Pretty Woman is executed in a modern nautical style. The lower deck houses the crew and guests’ areas forward and aft, respectively, ensuring privacy. The crew quarters consists of two cabins with bunk beds and a laundry. Each cabin includes plenty of storage as well as a bathroom with Corian countertops. The crew mess contains a large seating area, stowage space and an advanced entertainment unit, alarm system and CCTV monitor.

The guest area centres on a hall with storage provisions and a stairway leading up to the main deck. Four ensuite double guest cabins each have two single beds that can be combined into a double, plus plenty of stowage space. The aft two cabins have walk-in wardrobes.
Joinery in the entire guest zone is finished in veneer, the ceilings are of Marjilite linnen, and the floors covered with French oak. Bathrooms have marble floors and countertops, and two will feature a large bathtub. Shower cabin doors are made of decorated tempered glass.

Main deck
The wide aft deck includes a seating area for eight people, two bars, a fridge/icemaker and stairways leading down to the integrated swimming platform. It is also be linked to the main lounge via electric sliding doors.
The lounge contains two built-in sofas in an open plan arrangement with the dining area, which centres on a table for 10 guests. The division between the two consists of a cabinet with a large retractable flatscreen TV on a vertical lift and DVD player. A hall connects the main deck with the guest quarters below and sky lounge above. The central stairway has an exceptional design with gliding steps and a panelled wall of teak and illuminated glass.

The full-beam owner’s stateroom is equipped with a king-size bed, LCD TV in a ceiling lift and ample storage space, including a large walk-in wardrobe with seats. The owner’s study includes a desk and 2 loose seats. The walls, ceilings and floors of the owner’s area are equivalent to those in the saloon. The owner’s bathroom includes a shower with decorated tempered glass door and a whirlpool bathtub. The bathroom walls, floors and countertops are made of marble and wood.
The fully-equipped galley features multiple cupboards in Formica, with working tops made of stainless steel and two large fridge/freezer combinations of Sub Zero. An electrically operated door leads from the galley/pantry to the dining room, and a dumbwaiter up to the bridge deck hallway.
Bridge deck
The open aft area on the bridge deck features an icemaker, fridge, winecooler and two oval-shaped built-in sofas with teak tables, as well as a 10-person teak dining table on the centreline.
There are also stairs leading up to the sundeck and down to the main deck, as well as electric sliding doors leading into the bridge deck lounge. The lounge has a finish similar to that of the salon and owner’s suite. It includes a flatscreen TV on a vertical lift, woollen carpeting, china and glassware cabinets, a dry bar with small fridge, winecooler icemaker and a build-in sofa.

Finished in wood and leather with teak floors and an upholstered ceiling, the wheelhouse contains two electrical Recaro steering chairs, full-height cabinet for manuals, and various panels. Special care is taken to ensure enough headroom so that all equipment is easily accessible. The hoods are arranged so as to prevent reflections in the windscreen.
Aft of the wheelhouse is a captain’s cabin with ensuite bathroom. The captain’s cabin features a double bed and ample stowage room. The walls and doors are finished in teak veneered joinery, ceilings in soft vinyl and floors in teak.

An outdoor seating area forward of the wheelhouse provide some spectacular views when underway. The seating arrangement includes a practical teak table, as well as sun beds installed flush to the structure. The forward part houses a tender and a deck crane while a hatch leads down to the forepeak
Sun deck
The sun deck features plenty of open space for sunbathing as well as two large fixed U-shaped sofas and adjustable semicircular teak tables. A large whirlpool bathtub forward to accommodate four to six people and have feature sun beds on either side. A sink, fridge, winecooler, icemaker and BBQ grill are installed in a teak-topped bar. There are also spotlights and a fixed shower in the overhead bar of the A-type mast, as well as a stainless steel windscreen with glass panels.
