What makes the Maremiss 63 so special are her characteristic lines and Italian design which give this impressive yacht a modern and warm nautical charisma. Furthermore this respectful 63 foot flare bowed steel motor yacht is praised with all available startling options. This semi custom-built motor yacht, designed by Vripack Architects is built by Hofstra Jachtbouw in Leeuwarden.
The arrangement of the ship can totally be realized according to the wish of the principal. In this sophisticated yacht all possible options have been incorporated at which you may think of three possible cabins, two wet cells with shower and head as well as a separate guest head. With a length of nearly 20m there is room for a spectacular salon with a panoramic view. The galley is located in the forward section of the salon, a split lever lower and equipped with all standard mod cons such as a Corian kitchen top, induction hob, a dishwasher, large refrigerator, freezer, ice cube maker and built-in coffee machine.
The owner’s cabin is located aft in the Maremiss 63. This cabin is equipped with a detached double bed, large wardrobe space, a dressing table (or bureau), a large ensuite wet cell with electronic head and separate shower. The VIP guest cabin is situated in the bow and is equipped with a French bed, various wardrobes and cupboards and an ensuite wet cell with head and separate shower. The third cabin is also located aft and can also be converted into an office. For the guest on board there is a separate head available.
The wheelhouse can be defined as extremely complete and spacious. Besides a small galley with a Corian kitchen top, refrigerator and a sink the wheelhouse also provides room for a bench suitable for 4-persons with table as well as two steering chairs. The standard Maremiss is very complete with an extensive navigation package with equipment of Simrad of Raymarine. The standard equipment includes GPS plotter, radar, autopilot, speed indicator and fathometer, helm angle indicator, etc. The standard Maremiss 63 is also provided with a 14 kW generator, central heating, an under floor heating, double glazing, hydraulic bow- and stern thruster and anchor winch, electronic winches on the aft deck, cameras all around and a hydraulic swimming platform with tender.
The Maremiss 63 is semi custom-built. The principal mainly determines the layout, which materials are going to be used as well as how the yacht is going to be equipped. The exterior and interior design or the Maremiss 63 make her very suitable for long journeys.
The first Maremiss 63 is already in production, at this very moment the final touch is being laid on the painting activities. The future owner of this yacht can still provide us with all his wishes according to the interior and the technical implementations and still have her delivered in 2010!
