From the 8th to the 11th of April 2010 the Antibes Yacht Show will present again around 170 yachts for sale and for charter in Port Vauban.
As in previous years, the quay Rambaud and part of the Billionaire’s Quay will welcome some of the most luxurious motor and sailing yachts for sale and charter. The yachting industry is getting ready for the season, shipyards from near and far are exhibiting whilst the brokers are pushing the sales of their brokerage and charter yachts.
Most of the yachts are between 20 and 40m, and the organization is happy to announce that the yachts in the 40/50m range are more abundant this year.
In the Bastion St Jaume, you’ll discover many different types of exhibitors presenting their various equipments or offering a broad choice of services. Visitors will notice a growth of ecological or environmentally aware products.
This year, at the Antibes Yacht Show the captains and their guest will be able to enjoy a complementary breakfast and lunch at the Captains’ Lounge located on the terrace of the Bastion St Jaume.
The VIP lounge will again be located on the IYCA, just in front of the largest yachts of the show. The VIPs can take a break and enjoy a glass of champagne.
After the huge success in 2009, the AYS TV will be back at the show again. In addition to the 12 000 visitors, more than 6 500 people followed the show live via our internet site http://www.antibesyachtshow.com/ .
Our close partnership with the Royal Mougins Golf Resort and MERCEDES will again be some of the highlights of our show. The Royal Mougins Golf Resort will give free golf lessons on the IYCA quay and Mercedes will be exhibiting their new Class E cabriolet and ‘Papillion’ models.
The visitors who wish to restore themselves are given the choice between the newly located restaurant on the IYCA, there is still the snack bar with fabulous sandwiches and this year we have added a Sushi bar in the Bastion St Jaume. A champagne bar in the middle of the Bastion St Jaume, just at the foot of the Captain’s lounge will keep this area animated.
